  • chevron_rightHow much are my dues and where do I send my payment? (Updated)
    The dues are increasing to $199 per month effective July 1, 2026. The budget is prepared and distributed in May for the following fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

    Payments are due on the first day of each month and are late if they are not received within 15 days of the due date. Late payments will be charged a $10 late fee.

    Checks must be made payable to Diablo Highlands Country Villas and mailed to:

    Please remember to include your account number on your check for proper posting.
